1. Tickets $5 each – tickets will be voided and destroyed each week after the drawing.

2. Winner will receive 10% of the weekly sales if the Ace of Spades is not drawn. If the Ace of Spades is drawn winner will receive 50% of the pot which is made up of the remaining 90% of the non-winning weeks minus the withholdings.

3. Weekly ticket sales will resume until the following week, and money not won will be added to the progressive pot, minus business fees associated with the drawing.

4. Live drawings will be held on the Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083392384492 – Sturgis Fire & EMS Auxiliary – CHASE the ACE and the stage at the Loud American Roadhouse

5. The winner will select one numbered envelope that will be opened in front of the camera. The remaining cards will be placed in a numbered locked bag that will not be reopened until the following week on camera.

6. When calling the winner of the drawn ticket, a text will be sent to the number on file, three attempts will be made to the number listed on file. If the winner does not answer they will automatically win 10% of the sales for the week and no card will be drawn.

7. Ticket sales are restricted to 21 years of age or older.
8. A standard deck of cards will be used, and they will be placed in sealed envelopes. The envelopes will be numbered the first night of the drawing.

9. Tickets can be purchased online at www.sturgischasetheace.com, at 1901 Ballpark Rd. or the night of the drawing at Loud American between 5:00-6:55pm.

10. Weekly drawings will take place on Thursday at 7pm on the stage at Loud American on camera starting October 5th, 2023. Except for Thanksgiving it will be held on Wednesday Night.

11. No refunds on purchases.

12. Cash or Credit Card Sales only.

13. No limit on the number of tickets purchased by an individual.

14. If a group purchase is made one person must be listed to be called.

15. If the winning is over the South Dakota State Lottery amount a 1099 will be issued.

16. Winner’s check will be available the night of the drawing or can be picked up at the Sturgis Fire Department 1901 Ballpark on the following Monday during normal business hours 9-5. If requesting a check to be mailed, notification will need to be made to the station 605-347-5801.
